- Book 10, 15, 20 or 30 different reservations for future dates in "Q" class for Coach and "D" class for Business with the passenger’s or company’s name.
- Divide the total Aeropass fare by the number of tickets being purchased to calculate the individual ticket price: e.g. If purchasing 10 tickets at $1,368 the total fare per ticket will be $136.80 total fare where all applicable taxes, fees and fuel surcharges are included.
- Issue each individual reservation as BULK.
- The fare basis to be applied will be dependent upon the number of issued tickets:
- For 10 tickets AMPASS10
- For 15 tickets AMPASS15
- For 20 tickets AMPASS20
- For 30 tickets AMPASS30
- Ticket restrictions: Non-refundable.
- Only eTickets will apply (no paper tickets or MCOs).
- Once eTickets are purchased, retrieve each reservation and cancel the itinerary (eTickets will remain in the system for one year from date of issue).
- Provide the purchaser with the record locators as confirmation numbers
- Once the passenger decides to travel, retrieve the record locators (confirmation number), set travel dates (first free of charge) and reissue the eTicket with the correct travel dates.
NOTE: When eTickets are issued in a company’s name and it is determined who will be traveling call 1-877- 437-9637 to change the passenger’s name. If eTickets were issued to the passenger’s name, if a renaming exists a $150 USD name change fee will be charged.
- Offer valid for purchases from July 15th, 2010 to July 15th, 2011.
- Tickets will be issued in the passenger’s or company’s name with fictitious travel dates; valid for 1 year from the date of purchase (fictitious itinerary should be cancel after issuance).
- Tickets must be purchased within the U.S. ONLY, and trip must begin in U.S.
- Minimum stay not required. Maximum Stay 30 days.
- No other promotions or discounts are permitted.
- Not permitted for groups of 9 or more
- Tickets are subject to availability in “Q” class for economy and "D" class for Business.
- Aeromexico air transportation operated flights (AM001- 999) and Aeromexico Connect (AM2000-2999).
- A $75 USD penalty fee for date and flight change will apply, except when setting travel dates for the first time. “Q” for economy and "D" for Business class must be available.
- Packages of 10/15/20/30 RT trips are available when traveling to/from any Aeromexico destination within Mexico by adding $50 USD per passenger/per direction.
- No Blackout periods will apply.
- All Aeropass fares must be purchased exclusively through Aeromexico or some specified travel agencies.
